How to Shop

Browse by Category

From the menu on the left under Categories click a category that you would like to browse, then choose from the sub-categories to refine your search or browse the products within that category.

Quick Search

You can also use our Search facility located at the top right hand side of every page. Simply enter a keyword or product code and click the Go button. You will be taken to a results page where relevant items matching your search will appear. If you cannot find what you are looking for, try refining your keyword(s).

More product information

To see a bigger picture of a particular product, click on the product image, this will display a pop-up image showing the product in more detail.

Add products to your basket

You can add to your shopping cart/basket by selecting the Add to Cart button on the Product Listing page. In the event that you would like more of the same product, once you have clicked the Add to Cart button, you will automatically be taken to the Shopping Cart page where you can amend the quantity as necessary.

To continue shopping you can either select a category from the left hand menu or click the continue shopping button.

Finished shopping?

Click the Shopping Cart text on the left menu. Check the details of your order and amend as necessary then choose a delivery option, unless your order is over £75.00 then your order qualifies for FREE Standard Delivery. Click Checkout.

Create an account with us by entering your email address.

At SN Kilners we offer stylish gift wrapping. To add this to your order place a tick in the appropriate box, please note that we charge £3.00 for gift boxes, but for this we will place each item you purchase in a seperate gift box.

Then enter a password, your billing and delivery address and click Continue.

Review your order details and choose a payment option. Enter your payment details and complete your order.

Thank you for your order!

Once you have submitted your order the next screen that you will see confirms your order. Please make a note of the order number, which you may need to quote in any communication with us. You will also receive a email confirming your order details.
